If you need to claim a refund because you did not receive your order.
We will require the following information, without this information you will not be refunded.
We require that you write a letter (NOT AN EMAIL OR FAX) to our company and mailing to Customer Service, stating the product(s) you ordered, the date you placed the order, payment method, and photo copy of photo ID and signed by the name on the order.
Our postal service requires this information for all claims. NOTE: Claims may take up to 90 days from Canada Post to complete.

Due to the low prices and large demand of our stock, some of the items you order might be on back order or may no longer be available. Therefore, the shipping date shown on checkout may not be the date that you receive your items. We will do our best to let you know, as soon as possible, when they might be available or when you should receive your products.
You can pay for your order using ANY major credit card through Paypal, by money order or by certified cheque. If you would like to pay by certified check or money order, please call our toll free number or send an e-mail with your order. Also if you already have a current courier account and would like to use, you must supply us with your account name and number.
